From Tunis:

By train : take the TGM line, get off at Sidi Bou Said station and walk up the avenue de la République to the roundabout then up the rue du 2 mars 1932.

By car:  take the Tunis-la Marsa motorway up to the Essaada Palace roundabout, take the right hand link road to Sidi Bou Said up to  the roundabout, then the street leading up to the village of Sidi Bou Said, then the rue du 2 mars 1932 which leads to a parking lot. The entrance to the Palace is about twenty meters uphill from there.
